Brad & Chuck, Thanks for the input. Using 504 financing a company can sell up to $1 million in stock a year without running into SEC rules on the stock being restricted. They may have done that. I don't understand why they sold this stock and then on June 11th announced a stock buy back program on the open market which would be at essentially the same price they just sold stock at? Did they come into some cash? biz.yahoo.com The stock price seems to be slipping a little but there is no significant selling pressure that I can see. Is the buy back over? I wonder what happened with that? The TA looks good to me so far. Thanks, Bob
