Juli - your rhetorical question makes a great point. INCE shareholders are just as trapped now, as EDVC shareholders were when the same shell game was played almost two years ago. It's sad that the newest batch of NPCT shareholders aren't willing to see reality for what it is....there certainly is plenty of evidence to show how the game has been played, and what the probable outcome will be of this round.
