When LGND was at $13 he was going to "buy more if it dips again", then when it was in in the low 12's he stated that he was going to "establish a trading position if is fell below $12". When asked if he followed through on his statements to the thread, he first refused to answer (2x), then he gave a vague response. I find this as potential misinformation and possibly misleading.
