Alan, I'm sorry you don't know who a brother is. Very simply, a brother in Christ is one who has been born again. A brother is not determined by what he says or does in the flesh. A brother is determined by birth into God's family by the Holy Spirit.

"not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit," (Titus 3:5 NKJV)

Titus 3:5: The ineffectiveness of human works for attaining salvation is nowhere better seen than here. God's mercy saves us, employing the agencies of regeneration and renewal. "Regeneration" means "becoming again." Here the concept has to do with personal regeneration. At the moment a man exercises repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ, he is born anew (cf. John 3:3). The Holy Spirit makes him a new creation (cf. 2 Cor. 5:17). Matthew 19:28 speaks of cosmic regeneration, the renewal of the earth during the millennial reign of Christ.

"whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior," (Titus 3:6 NKJV)
"that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life." (Titus 3:7 NKJV)

The New Birth
"There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews." (John 3:1 NKJV)
"This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."" (John 3:2 NKJV)
"Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."" (John 3:3 NKJV)
"Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? an he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"" (John 3:4 NKJV)
"Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." (John 3:5 NKJV)
""That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." (John 3:6 NKJV)
""Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'" (John 3:7 NKJV)
""The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."" (John 3:8 NKJV)
"Nicodemus answered and said to Him, "How can these things be?"" (John 3:9 NKJV)
"Jesus answered and said to him, "Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?" (John 3:10 NKJV)

Alan, this is how one is made a brother, no other way. A person must be born into the family of God by the Holy Spirit, no other way. Very plain and very simply stated; and I believe it because I have experienced it. I don't speak words of mental conjecture, I speak words from personal experience.

God bless you with His truth,

David

Alan, you wrote, "I feel a few had justification to rebuke Emile....... Do you feel otherwise..............."

I agree. Emile agrees, I have seen his statements of repentance on some of his words. Emile, like Shalom, like myself, realizes he is not perfect, neither is anyone else.

God bless, If a person is not in Jesus he has no hope of eternal salvation.
"And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son." (1 John 5:11 NKJV)
"He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." (1 John 5:12 NKJV)

God is eternal salvation,

David

Alan, you wrote, "Do you feel Emile is right by labeling Israel as satanic.............Is that a good representation of what Jesus is... "

I refuse to get into the interpretations of anothers mind by looking at cold, unexpressive, limited words on the internet. However, taken at face value I don't agree with all Emile posts, neither does he agree with me. That is no cause for me to get angry, some things are best ignored.

In Christ,

David

Alan, you wrote, " I would suggest you do the same with Emile. " Emile and I have written on many occassions, as I have with Shalom. I have no desire to separate brothers, rather it is my effort to bring into a loving, cordial relationship those who claim to be in Christ.

"And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you." (Eph 4:32 NKJV)

Walk in Love
"Therefore be imitators(copycats) of God as dear children." (Eph 5:1 NKJV)
"And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma." (Eph 5:2 NKJV)

I pray for God's sake that all be reconciled in love,

David

Alan, you wrote, "I am not suggesting to put Israel on a pedestal ". Who is Israel? ""God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."" (John 4:24 NKJV)

If God is spirit, then what are his children, those who have been born by His Spirit? Are these not the ones accounted as His children, the family of God, true Israel? If my Father is Spirit, then having been born of Him, I have His nature, which which is Spirit.

""Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising." (Acts 17:29 NKJV)

"by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." (2 Pet 1:4 NKJV)

God is ever desirous to impart to us the fullness of His truth in Christ Jesus.

David
