From what I can tell, it appears that last year they received an extension. I'll have to do some digging. I think they are close to another earnings release. I don't think we can use earnings timing as an indicator for this type of company. It depends on the business. Looks like they will need to release by Aug 15. Interesting company. Reading over their filings, the management seems to emphasize the benefit Y2K will have on their core business. That's a positive when looking at the management of a company.
