LoD I'm not shortsighted, I'm simply stating the facts. I will remind you, Tom Meredith stated at the Shareholders meeting that stock splits stock is based on. 1. Number of authorized shares 2. Overall market conditions relative to a target share price. 3. Momentum going forward. All of these factors were in place last week but seem to have deteriorated this week.
