Jean, Nope...... It is finding money in the Transportation Bill for the FAA to take the IDX O'hare project nation-wide. Just our luck....David seems to be off line today. We need to pull up the FAA budget request....somehow....and try to find the money. If we find the money.......we will find the story. I don't know how to do it......but there is a Wendell award for anyone who can. bg ps. This is a similar exercise as the INS funding bill last Fall that had gobs of fingerprinting money in it. Happy thought stuff.
