I think it is close to being a done deal if not already done by Kholberg - either Kholberg is the financer themsleves or they arranged it. PLAS is their biggest play.

NEWS$620,000 private placement completed Plasma Environmental Technologies Inc PLAS Shares issued 25,500,000 Jul 23 close $0.22 Fri 24 Jul 98 News Release An anonymous director reports The company has completed a private placement financing for $620,000. Proceeds will be used to facilitate live demonstrations for potential customers at the EPA research facility, to eliminate outstanding salary and expenses owed to employees, and for general working capital purposes. A total of approximately 5.2 million private placement units were sold to one investor, three officers and three employees of Plasma Environmental. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at 12 cents until July 20, 2000. As a result of this transaction, there are now 25.5 million shares outstanding.
