I am not an expert and I would appreciate some other opinion.

Recent (July) insider selling at Pfizer

If you click on their names you can see how many shares they have left.

It appears to me that they are selling a lot, but just not quite enough to make it look too bad?

They surely cannot all be doing loft conversions, or sending their kids to College at the same time.
