Coug; It's starting to look like it, liquid is getting better,
generaly does before the tail starts up.

NOTE THEY UP .93%; OEX up .73% so rally is into the super caps so far.

That's typical of a turn. They drop some first, then the tail goes
south hard, then these stop and reverse and the tail catches on late
but a big blow off top has the tail going way up beyond the
leaders, that never happened..so this is a trading thingy
It just went lower than I expected, but it also went higher
than I expected last time too..the volatility is wild.
The Brokers love it.
