So they can buy cheap shares? I'm a big skeptic when it comes to analysts.

What's weird is that this is the only mention of an analyst's opinion change since the earnings that I could find, and that only in my "Personal Journal" with no elaboration. It does not show up in LSI Briefing Book in WSJ, nor do I see it in Yahoo or Briefing.
Did anyone hear that analyst on the CC? Maybe they weren't there and all the other analysts were too dazzled by Wilf & Co to come out with anything today.<G>

Tony,
I don't think the downgrade is any big mystery. LSI has basically issued an earnings warning on Q3, saying the eps is going to be about 20% lower than people expected. How else are analysts going to react? LSI's turnaround keeps receding. I believe in the company a few years out--it's by far my biggest holding, but it's hard to blame analysts for being skeptical at this point.
