No promises but I will try to put together some kind of information this weekend and call Dale with the ideas. Other than what appears on these threads I have no clue what that information will be at this time.

Even if financing is a problem for Phoenix the block of shares they control would be very useful for their voting power. They more than offset what IPM management control, prove that he is interested in completing the property agreement and adds credibility to the cause when dealing with other large shareholders.
