It appears that Fred is the one who is trying to cancel the meeting. Current mgmt wants it to go on. I was told that Fred was one of the ones who didnt follow procedure to be able to vote proxies. Again, I am unsure of any of this info. It was told to me on a cell phone in the midst of a lot of background noise. It was very hard to hear.
