John or John, re Concept: I got the impression from the Press Release, that the additional share payment may be triggered if the stock price doesn't surpass a certain level. But we probably won't know until the 10Q comes out, if then. It's rather difficult to know whether the price is fair or otherwise. With Brad's shareholding, he will suffer more dilution than me if the price isn't fair. Hopefully, Brad's prediction that MTSN will make the transition to a multiproduct company before yearend will come true. Ian.
