rjbac, I did say you have presented facts in prior posts. Those facts are well known to date. ie. SEC action, pink sheets, possible new SEC action, 30k oz. mistake, ect... I just wanted remind everyone that most posts contain little to no facts, including myself, but have good insight. When a post gets people digging for answers, then we have a good thing. Positive facts? Ex Barrick and Newmont people on board and agreeing with Guido. Strong history of proven gold extraction (32 m oz.) Guido's credentials, possible world class oz. numbers, nearby mining very cost effecient (from $175 to $50 per oz.) SEC scrutinization to prevent further "growing pain" mistakes. Not too bad, but I do understand your point. Brian
