Holding $2M of SKTX stock is only $2M if WRN sells the stock! Otherwise it is worth 435,000 shares of SKTX, which represents x% of that companies earnings. Therefore we not only get x% of Taylor's earnings but also the same x% of SkyTop Brewster's earnings and the same x% of the other companies earnings (the other deal SKTX is working on).

What all of this is worth is beyond my knowledge but I wouldn't think that Mark would forego Taylor's earnings if he didn't see much more potential in owning x% of SKTX. We'll see!

As for the audit, it is my understanding that the sale of Taylor to SKTX is a "material event" that would hold up the year end audit and hence the q1 numbers! ;>)

Did anyone notice that Westrend and Skytex addresses are on the same street in San Antonio? I'm trying to find the exact address for Westrend.
