You made no mention of FSFT when you mentioned liquidation of all positions. I ended up selling my shares at 4 5/16.. couldn't get out at 4 1/2. Now I see this has turned around some and reluctant to get back on. Needless to say I frustrated.

Later

btw - will you be trading the >12 stocks or will you continue to concentrate on lower priced stocks?

Mark,

I have a friend who bought GTAX on my suggestion at $10. Look at the chart. He has read Elder's book. I have preached over and over again the use of stops. He just cannot use them. He is a long term investor. Even long term investors should have "catastrophy" stops of perhaps 15%. He was quite excited when GTAX hit $25 momentarily a few weeks back. Look at GTAX today. Did he have to loose all that profit?? Some will say "it is the house's money anyway". NO! The second you have a profit it is yours. It is your money you are giving up by not protecting it. It's like money that keeps falling out of your pocket.

Stocks are four letter words that exist solely to take your money. FPAM can happen to any stock.
