It may be a smart move after all,the company has been diluting stock with more stock or may have been selling, either way results were negative..This may be time to start accumilating,after all I've taken a complete bath on this one in at 1.25,holding tell it comes back or gos out of business, either way thats the market.I do believe this little company has great potential,with oil down so gos this company,its a common sense thing----------------gary c price
