Bill -- Don't forget NY is a long way from home for "The Zit" and MD. Where are they going to get people with their history?

Bill,

Of course, MD is responsible for the conversion work. I hope nobody has the misunderstanding that Zitel does the actual conversion of the code.

I also hope that no one has the misunderstanding that Zitel/MatriDigm can succeed by doing small contracts. The game continues to be whether the MD technology can bring in large contracts, through Z or many other possible avenues. To mention just a few of the previously noted possibilities: NIH may have on the order of 120 million LOC,
the State Dept. (reportedly the "second" Zitel contract through FDC) would also seem to have a very large potential, Keane has an extremely large backlog of unconverted code, Logica may present a potential approaching that of Keane, as well as many other possibilities literally around the world (e.g. MatriDigm Japan).

I'm not claiming that I know what these numbers will be; I'm simply mentioning different avenues that could lead to very substantial contracts.
