The brilliant call was 50 points ago on the OSX. Why pick 40? Why not 20 for where it settles? We are in a period of capitulation; the nay-sayers are plentiful, and the diehards are changing their colors. A sector can over-correct relative to the underlying commodity. Both oil and the OSX have already over-corrected. It is painful, but we are nearing the end of the capitulation (high 60's-low 70's on the OSX.) IMHO. There are too many people salivating over these prices. Richard
