I thought of your point after I posted, but I still think that Saudi Oil Ministers don't like the fact that they aren't taken seriously. They want the price of oil at least above 15 and more likely near 20. This OPEC skepticism is likely to push them to make more dramatic moves. They have punished other OPEC members in the past by increasing production. Perhaps they will punish people shorting the oil market by going dramatically beyond their present production cut pledges. I don't think they are happy with the way things stand now.
