"Am I wrong???" Um, fortunately yes. The company itself has stated that there are fewer CMV retinitis patients because of the success of protease inhibitors. AIDS patients are healthier than when this drug went into the clinic. Great news for the world in general, not so great for this drug. People don't die of CMV retinitis.
