I wonder why you are defending a thief, no matter how you coat the theft. It is like saying it is ok to steal because you saw someone else do it to. It is, of course, your choice to support jerry's internet scam. I have always accepted responsibility for my investment decisions and have never blamed anyone else for my mistakes. In the case of Crystallex, I don't see reason for blaming anyone. I have yet to see ANY evidence of wrongdoing by the Company, its directors and its management. In any case, the future of Crystallex is still before it.
