AllnetServices.com Corp. and Digital River Enter Software Distribution Agreement

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 1998-- AllnetServices.com Corp. (OTC:AWEB) today announced the company has entered into an Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) partnership with Digital River, the world's largest online database of software products.

As a result of the partnership, Allnet will offer its customers, for the first time, the opportunity to purchase and download software directly from three of its Internet sites, as opposed to physical delivery of boxed products only. As part of the Agreement, Digital River will provide Allnet with access to its vast inventory of more than 100,000 digital products. Additionally, Digital River's SSL-secured e-commerce engine will perform credit card screening and export management for all electronically downloaded software sales.

"The partnership formed through the ESD created by Digital River allows us to offer incremental sales at no additional cost while customers can experience their purchases immediately," said Robert Aubel, President and CEO of Allnet. "Digital River's proprietary technology for digital delivery, commerce and encryption systems complements, perfectly, Allnet's security and etailing network. This Agreement adds a great alternative for our customers and is an excellent addition to our growing list of products."

AllnetServices.com Corp., which was formed in April 1997, spent seven months designing proprietary, fully scalable systems architecture for the Internet shopping marketplace. The Company specializes in the marketing and distribution of a broad range of products and services at wholesale prices to both consumer and trade customers. Its Internet-related businesses include: AllnetDirect.com, which lists over 45,000 computer-related products, similar to Insight.com (NSIT); GoingOnce.net, a 24-hour on line auction, similar to that of OnSale.com (ONSL); AllmonitorMall.com, the first Web site dedicated solely to offering all monitor-related merchandise; and AllnetServices.com, which offers Web hosting, professional graphics design and animation, data base management and site development. -0- *T

FWIW, (not much),I'm buying a '95 Geo Prizm on Monday. It's basically a Toyota Corolla underneath, both made together in the same factory in California. I know someone who is almost to 200k miles, with a '95.

The Prizm is the domestic twin of the Toyota Corolla and shares most of
its hardware, including the platform, suspension, mechanics and base
engines. Both the Prizm and Corolla are built at the New United Motor
Manufacturing, Inc., plant in Fremont, California, a General
Motors/Toyota joint venture.

This issue has been dealt with before, about 100 or so posts back I would guess. Basically the reason that Crown did not react strongly to the INKT IPO is because the only held 222,000 shares, a far cry from what TSQD owns of DRIV (now 3.8 million). For that reason and that reason alone the impact will be greater for TSQD. All of the valuation models have been outlined earlier in thread. Take a look.
