CIMA,

I believe Graystone is referring to the fact that Behre Dolbear was hired by IPMCF to verify their claims and the result wasn't too good.

Noone has commented about the "retained to act as a consultant to legal counsel" thing here.
Is that standard wording, or could they be looking for a softer way out of this with the SEC.
