Perhaps our arrogance has to do with the approach used to "notify" us. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that defamatory charges were made in a very veiled way.

When I and friends of mine are accused of wrongdoing without specific proof, I get ticked off. Accuse me of receiving "free" shares and my name will be added to that Salt Lake attorney's potential client list.

Now, you say you don't want to litigate. Well, in that case, history has shown that people either negotiate, litigate, walk away and forget about, or take the law into their own hands. What's next on your agenda? 'cause I don't think CSMA is going to give you what you want. JMHO, of course.

If you want to know why I didn't join KZAP and sell off and show deep concern about these charges, it was because, after the exposure I have had with CSMA(good and bad as well), nothing reveals illegalities. Missteps, growing pains, screwups, for sure, but not illegalities. And in all modesty, I believe that my, the two Davids' and other longs' decision to not join the bandwagon of rumor mongering is a major reason why the stock is holding as well as it does. We simply don't believe you, because you ain't delivered a single piece of proof. Real proof.

Again, history has shown that that is for the courts to decide, or what other measure you decide to take. Ball is in your court, for now.

Steve

I don't understand your arguments. If your trying to force this thread to sway the opinion of CSMA then I think your spitting into the wind. While you all say that you don't control how this stock is reacting you certainly can sway any new prospective investors. This can have the same effects as your reasoning for not filling suit. without all the facts, you notice I said facts, there is no basis for your allegations. It merely sounds like sour grapes because your deal didn't go through. I believe if the LPS deal was valid and profitable then CSMA would be foolish for not going through with it. Obviously there were things that didn't meet the scope of the agreement and that's why it was terminated. No one would back away from a deal that would make money.

This company, at this time, is a BB stock. It doesn't react to market conditions as a listed stock does. As such we do as much DD as possible and then , as adults, live with our decisions. I'm not biased toward or against anything I can make money with. I own a fair amount of this company and while I'm not thrilled with the speed of the possibilities coming to fruition I can afford to wait.

In closing let me say this. Nothing will be gained by anyone throwing baseless and bare-assed innuendos at any of the holders of this company. Any that I think are out of line as post 8348 was,I will ask that it be removed and if it occurs again by the same poster I will ask that they be removed.

What I feel is that your little group got on the wrong end of the wording of the paragraphs in your agreement, which you signed, and accepted. Now accept your losses like men, and don't cry to us about broken promises.
