I do not believe it is the same. Check previous posts where it was mentioned that there was confusion caused by the existence of two IGCs.

TGW, GLOW has a contract with InterNet Gaming Corp of Dominica. COMPARE THESE: 1. InterNet Gaming Corp of Dominica 2. Interactive Gaming and Communication Corp. Do you see a difference? GLOW has a contract with #1. It is NOT the same company your article was talking about.

T.G.W., my fine feathered friend... You said... BRM can you explain this, in light of your post? Isn't this the same IGC that is associated with GLOW? You know that it absolutely is NOT the same IGC! C'mon, buddy! I know you're not that stupid! Now, in terms of the ramifications to GLOW for such a charge (since you once again ignored my umpteen other points), it will only serve to help GLOW. You see, good buddy, GLOW had already recognized the inevitability of the US attempting the futility of banning internet gaming by getting out of the business and instead, licensing the software and managing the sites. BTW, just because someone is charged with a crime (especially one that resides in such grey area) does not mean they will be convicted. Still waiting on your response to my umpteen other points... Your good buddy, GO BIG RED!!!
