Greg, You tell a good story as long as you don't have to let the facts get in your way. There have been no defamatory charges against you or anyone else, only facts. The reason you don't see the facts is that you're hiding behind an alias and haven't requested them. THEY HAVE BEEN OFFERED REPEATEDLY. No one is accusing you of any wrong doing! Perhaps you're listening to your conscience. The way for you to see the proof you speak of is; identify yourself and send us your fax #. We at HK Boner are not into rumors, but if you want on that Salt Lake City Attorney's Client list feel free to sign up. We don't want to know why you did or did not do anything, but we do think your naivety is just a little bit convenient for the average investor. As to whether we will litigate, negotiate, or walk away, we will do what is necessary to right the wrong and these are certainly not our only options. As to your emphatic statements regarding Dave Smith, the only thing we can tell you is that we received a request to send the certified copies of the information we offered to, Dave Smith at a number in Phoenix Arizona which was verified to be the number of a Dave, but not a Dave Smith. The number was easily recognized by HK Boner et al, however, HK Boner doesn't really care who Dave Smith is so long as he is not an H. K. Elrod lackey who sold himself to the highest bidder. At least at this point HK Boner hopes and believes that didn't happen. Isn't it a coincidence that the fax number we received is in Phoenix and the party deals with Scottsdale Securities (located in Phoenix suburb) and Dave Smith really is an old down the street buddy of yours somewhere in Maryland.
