Absolutely not!
Look at it this way. Think of it as two people exchanging just between themselves. Joe sells his shares to Zach. He no longer has the shares. Zach has them. Monday the price is cut in thirds!!!!! Do you honestly think Zach will accept shares that are cut in thirds without having the other part of the equation, i.e. the other two thirds? I dont think so! The person who sold on Fri has no more interest in MSPG and that is that. The person who now owns the shares gets the three for one shares.
