Well I ask for a clarification on the terms of service for SI regarding the 20 posts in 6 hours since it was liknked in with the spamming, off topic and I got a clarification back that it was put there as a guage for that purpose. I ahve since that rule came into effect posted as I always have and 20 posts in 6 hours I would never be getting throw off religiously. As long as your posts are concise, on topic, not personal attacks, and excessive in this regard you have no problem. Just thought everyone would like to know. GB

You made an assumption, and it was a mistake. Simple as that. And you are making another assumption saying I am a 'follower' of Dog's...perhaps because of this post to him on the CYGS thread: Message 5256534 Now, Dog and I have shared banter back and forth in the past on the AVBC thread. I was teasing him about what he was spending on airfare. The fact is, I am not a 'follower' of his...I have never traded one of his picks before. Now of course, you would have no way of knowing that...but this is a prime example of drawing conclusions and making statements based upon what a person infers from what they read, rather than checking facts or asking questions directly first. As I've said to you before, I'm long AVBC, have been since early spring - and my posts reflect that, if you had chosen to check that before making that post questioning my motives on CYGS. I jumped into CYGS for my own personal reasons that day, and while I suppose one COULD construe my whopping 2 posts there as hype from a daytrade follower...it's a reach, IMO. You will, of course, draw whatever conclusions about me that you like. I had and have no animosity towards you...or your mistake(s). :) JEM

Why I post less and less on SI OR the invasion of the thread Morons Were you a big fan of Rocky and Bullwinkle when you were a kid? Your literary style is reminiscent of Jay Ward. I see you and Janice posting everywhere now. Your efforts at policing SI and pointing out injustice have spilled over from the Basher and Moron threads to clutter other more stock related threads. Now there is nothing wrong with what you are doing, and it is certainly going to be appreciated by some, and if you save someone from making a big mistake, more power to you. My objection is that you post so often with links to other posts that also contain links to other posts etc ad nauseum... it would take all day to read them and who has the time? It is becoming clutter just from the sheer VOLUME. The Dave Gore / Janice thing created a buzz, and I assume from what little I have managed to read, that you are crusading against Big Dog. Great... just PLEASE do not let it become the only thing that clogs up the stock threads. Brevity! Use it. Who cares what led up to a particular post? Who cares what Jem said... Make your point, and include a link to the Moron/Basher/Graystone threads so those who give a **** can trace every post back to it's origin. to GaBard, a minor correction. Big Dog has posted some DD of late, but the CYGS adventure was virtually DD free and based solely on what he "heard". Obviously he never said what that was (even though I asked him point blank several times) but it could not have been the actual news that was released last week. MG
