I think folks should concentrate on this "lone" sentence in the release, especially the bold part!!:

Intercell owns approximately 74% of Nanopierce Technologies, Inc. on a fully diluted basis prior to the financing

Prior to?

What is it after? It seems to me that STATEMENT says it all. After all, it is a INCE release and not a NPCT release.

Please comment.

Chief - the financing -

I am too sleepy to type, but go look at a post tonight by Kknightmcc on Raging Bull, and she lays out a complete analysis, and she has VERY heavily researched NPCT, as her newsletter (one of the BEST) has been recommending NCPT for some time.
