Since we have now established that there is one avenue for free speach here I will stab at the heart of it.Ftel is way over diluted.Its a night mare to think they had a 10 for 1 reverse split went into a new business and expected to come out alive.Over 17 million share,no appreciable revenues and less of a chance to be able to depend on its old line of business then ever before.The company is a mess in the sense it has had to basically do business for the last 14 years by issuing stock everey 3 to 6 months.If all converts we are well over 20 million shares approching the level that made them have to do the reverse.I should have waited for the next reverse and then about 6 months bought and that would have been a deal.ok now for the pixie dust wanna be millionairs with bad halitosis and BO.

Ftel Has one and only one chance to become anything at all in this market.The dvgs will not make it commercially.There is not and will not be a viable enough following for franklin to make enough money to pay for its developement and the subsequent maintainence of the client base.I will arguee that point with over 25 years experience in the data/telcom industry.The hope is only ion fnet and since this type of company can go two ways it is a through up as how they will not only be able to fund it but how they expect it to compete and compete over the xnext 3 to 4 years.LOOK at PSIX as the most possible example not mindspring.The best hope to date ois in some form of equity compensation from fnet to ftel.there has and will continue to be excess and unethical transfer of assets to fnet from ftel.the company will have to compensate sometime or face several legal problems i'm afraid.We Have serious dilutive problems yet to realize,these will soon be a problem if we go for more placements in the near future,The stock price after every newest placement has lost over 50%,100%,and 150% for the last 1.5 years.The next one converting could easily have to be negotiated for a convert rate of less then a buck with a 1.50 price as a offer.tier three investment bankers do not like to hold stock past the date of maturity,they will burn you at the stake and
pee on the fire.They want their % and thats that.

The good part:::::
Fnet could be in a position to maximize the revenues that it has been able to generate in the last year.This is positive indication that given enough brains experience and good management not a bunch of back yard engineers"Iam an electronic engineer"that they can and will do the job they were hired to do if they are good and someone keeps the pink slips handy in plain sight.This series of JV's and deals and outright buying is of course anothe example of where the present management wants to take the company.This is but the beginning of 25 to 50 buyouts if ftel and fnet really want to become a global leader ,they must do tyhis quickly.Cost is a factor that if they don't have the money now to do it or can not sell part of the company No more cheap bloodsucking tier 3 placements,then they might as well close shop.I know people who at this moment are not at all very likely to let a similar thing happen without serious thoughts about the company.
If Frank does not want to sell part of the companys stock tendered back to ftel then to a partner nor se;ll his interest then his intention is to continually dilute the share holders value till another 10 for 1 is in order I believe that in this day and age of the company he will have problems.Ftel will see what happens to it after the report but i expect some will buy but the long term trend will continue to be down even after the first probably throught he 1st qtr of next year.I see no revenue gain from ftel till 2nd or third qtr of 99 at least.To believe that their is any transfer of wealth from fnet to ftel is ludricrus,sinse they both loose mor then ever before.that is like the blind leading the blind,but then that is what this investment is all about.Good Day and remember its not what you have its what you refuse to take.And as far as next week its hard to tell but i believe they will sell!!!!
