Let's look at the facts that have occurred since March of this year.

1)INCE appears to know that the real money is going into NPCT.
2) Why are so many INCE shareholders mad at INCE management?
3) Why would INCE put out a PR stating:

Intercell owns approximately 74% of Nanopierce Technologies, Inc. on a fully diluted basis prior to the financing. PRIOR TO

geez tell me after financing ok?

Seems self serving to me and it is a noble gesture on INCE part help give the shareholders of INCE get back to the $4-5 it once was; however, this will not be accomplished via this press release but, imo, through a Reverse Split !!

Time will tell.

My $$$ are in NPCT .
