Hi xray:

"What garbage" you say. Does that mean you or the Midland information? I know it's not the latter - from my side.

I hope that you and all the other shorts have their stop losses in place - remember your liability is unlimited and you need to protect what could be massive losses - still a lot of shorted NIR out there. You must realize by now how volatile NIR is to News - it can go up very very fast!

Wouldn't it be better now to just call it a day - buy the stock back on Monday - take a small profit (if you sold borrowed NIR above $3) - and move on?

In a case like Napier's isn't it more sensible to Buy then Sell - rather than Sell then Buy? This has alway been a long play for those wanting to make the serious $$$ - like moi and many others. In addition, we're supporting wonderful products and helping to launch a cinderella story.

If you can get out with a small profit - great. Time is almost up if you want to make the serious $$$ by going onto the long side of the aisle.

David.
