<<<The question is whether they can survive until the market wants their product. >>>

Well put. It's a timing game. I hope they can pull it off.

<<<They have recently turned down at least one buyout offer (our shares would have been worth 6+ instead of 2-).>>>

I am surprised nobody asked that question in the cc. May be Craig was planning to and got cut off.

Walter, which company offered $6/share for Ancor? As far as I know, while $6/share appears to be quite a low price based upon prospects, there is no information released by the Company, or by any third party confirming an offer to purchase Ancor, or the price. If I am wrong about that and behind the news curve, please share the details of the buyout with us as to identity of the prospective purchaser, the price offered, any counteroffer by Ancor (either as to a complete buyout or an equity investment), and when precisely this happened.

Thanks,

pat
