<The truth of the matter is all these "positives" don't pile up to a hill of beans, what we need is proof, thats it!!!>

I agree, but it is a step in the right direction.

Now we are back to hurry up and wait.

I would like to see GE file FINANCIALS I am quite pissed off as we would say in canada.

Chief,

Great diplomacy or whatever, but what do you think the odds are that there is a deposit there that can be proven of more than three million ounces????

I'm talking econmical ounces to mine at current gold prices..

In the 8k they said Behre Dolbear was, "retained to act as a consultant to legal counsel", would that make you rush out and buy MINE?

Nope Chief-don't buy your explaination. Nice try though. I see you can spin any positive news into a negative or neutral view. Perhaps you should consider running for public office! You would make a good spin doctor!

Chief, there's no disputing that in the end you are correct. However, we're only in the middle at this point. Keep in mind that Behre Dolbear has been hired by GE's corporate counsel, not GE. Why? It might protect GE's info from the SEC if needed through attorney-client privilege.
