calling it a floorless is met with disdain because you are wrong and keep repeating the wrong information. The pref shares have a collar at about 2 3/4 you can verify that yourself by caklling Mike Irwin or David Lamm at 901 537 3043. The floorless pfd you are refering to are the shares issued to BE Aerospace which the company has just restructured. I have a great deal of respect for you from the WFR thread and a difference of opinion is healthy but please be sure of the facts before posting.
