wow, that's big
how does this pertain to tsig now? are they liable if they aquire cci? is mr piercy associated with tsig now?
did the president of ceo know about this when he planned to aquire tsig? maybe this is why he got it cheap...
would not look good for this to be dredged up when the site goes online for real...
to the longtermers on this thread...did any of you all suspect this from the dd u did and talks with president?

Gicone, thank you for bringing this to light. After a quick search through Dogpile.com of both web and usenet, this appears to be a legit concern.

Was CCI a multilevel marketing company before, likely Simply CD?

Do you think TSIG may be liable for past misdealings? As Wiseowl has pointed out, TSIG doesn't yet own CCI, merely has rights to all intellectual property... Hopefully this would limit any liability that may be incurred for past dealings by this CCI entity.

This is my first post on this board, but I am long (and trading, as I do all my positions) TSIG. I'm glad this revelation was made on Friday evening, because by Monday morning we should have lots of answers as to what's going on.

Gicone, please gives provide all the details of your problems with CCI as your time allows. This will certainly assist me in making trading/holding decisions over the next few weeks. Even though I think the current web site and music product looks attractive, loss of consumer confidence is a tough hurdle to overcome for any company.

Thanks for taking the time to keep us further informed.

I have been here a long time, have met Darryl Peircy personally and believe TSIG & CCI are not a scam. The scan is GICONE, a trial member that all wants to save us all from ruin. Thanks but no thanks. You are short or an MM leave now. This is a new company now the past is the past.

Thanks GICONE for trying to save us now go somewhere else.

Hey George, you're a riot.

And you know what? In my humble opinion you're also one of the worst liars I've ever seen. What a fcocta story!!

Where is the letter from your attorney. After all the way business people take care of issues like this is with an attorney. And to top that off, you say you're part of a group. What a joke. And you write a letter like this?

what a riot. What's your address? what's your phone number? Did you know that TSIG is not, NOT CCSI?

Did you know that you can be sued for libel by posting this. That is if you used anything that's real for identification, that is.

What a joke. Nice try. Figure another one out and come back and try again.

How desperate are you people out there anyhow?

Of all the bb's I've ever taken a position in, I now have to say this is bound to be the most rewarding with these kinds of desperate crackpots showing up.

Rich

George,

Before we get into the specifics of what you're claiming, I just need to ask you :

1. if you have been lurking since April, why would you be a trial member?

2. if you have been lurking since April, why didn't you say anything until today?

Please clear my doubts. Thanks.

George (Gicone),

I would now like you to furnish me with more information about your company Wax Cylinder Music. If you can tell me what state and city your company is/was licensed in. If you can furnish me with this piece of info, I can get a quick start on confirming your claim; so this would only help you with your cause.

Thanks.

1. Dixie is correct, where's the mention of an attorney? Given this vast fraud you allege it seems unbelievable that there is no mention of any attorneys. Your write your letter as though you are one, referring to the UCC, but you dont mention that you are one or that you have hired one. This is difficult to understand.

2. You refer to federal authorities. Which agency did you file your grievance with? Id like to follow up as I believe that we can obtain your complaint under the FOIA. Please list the agency and date of your letter.

3. There are no dates on your letters. I imagine you will say that you left these off in your post. They do, however, seem relevant. The fact that you left them off in each place raises another questionsabout the validity of what you assert.

4. Your utter tardiness in not raising this since April leaves me to doubt what you are saying. If you are so concerned, there has been trial membership prior to today. You must be really concerned.

5. It is difficult to imagine that given the number of people that you claim have been injured by CCI that not one person has come forward prior to today on this or any other bulletin board.

Its really disgusting the length to which you will go not to lose money on your investment. Better cover your position soon, or its going to cost you a lot more.

You are treading a fine line with this. Actually the only line between you and a court is probably a few phone calls to CCI along with a copy of your post faxed to them. Ther is no shortage of shareholders on here to file a derivative suit against you.

If what you say cannot be verified, I will personally handle all the necessary legal work.

Cheers,

TB, Esq.

If everything you say is the truth how come the state of California has not shut them down yet, and how come you wait until now to post that comment if you have been following the thread for months now, it sounds all fishy to me, but iam willing to hear your response to these questions.

Once again this is the same info posted over and over again, can't you shorters at least come up with something new, im getting bored with the same ones. come on you guys you can get better than this. but to tell you the truth i don't care , just get to buy the shares cheaper before the web site is up. but at least come up with something NEW.

Mr Gicone,
why don't you publish the date on the letter to Darrel Piercy. Could you please also tell us the approximate dates/months around which it happened?
