Xray-Well at least your off Amerstrip & Citristrip subject for now I'll give you a few more weeks and I sure you'll bring them up again Since mid-June you have been asking same questions concerning market potential, penetration, and margins-you've had plenty of time to do some research why don't you give us your estimates -one of my responses to your same question last week I quoted Bunka who just wrote a newsletter on Napier-why don't you spend $5 and find out what he thinks of Napier chances, and give us your comments I've included one more quote from Bunka's newsletter just for you, Xray at the end of this post Bunka: "It is unreasonable to make projections now since there simply is not enough data. But the banning of Methylene Chloride in most US jurisdictions begins soon and many industrial users will be forced to decide on their alternatives" Xray: Nonsense: "It is unreasonable to make projections now since there simply is not enough data", Gino says. This approach to investing is dangerous, naive, gullible, or all of the above. MOI-ME-I-Your truly xray who's telling you to invest- Don't invest-stay out of it or better still- short the stock Xray: Shouldn't the company be providing market estimates, with substantiation? On this thread, there is a huge amount of time wasted talking about so called due diligence, when no one seems to have bothered to really think about market potential, penetration, and margins. It's just my beef. Lots of talk. Can't estimate a future p/e. Therefore, some might consider it hype, almost by definition Xray: Try posting a market estimate and explain the current, let alone a higher, market capitalization. It still doesn't work out to be reasonable, based on numbers posted on this thread. Al: The company can and will in the up-comming news. That will be included with the terms of the deal with ICI. I have my own figures. That is why I still own shares. What I wanted to know is if you have any figures. If you cannot come up with any, just say so. That would be ok. Regards, Al Xray: No, I don't have figures. But I can suggest that we discuss best and worst scenarios, and how they relate to current market capitalization, and risk of obtaining various levels of sales (that is, an appropriate discount from best and worst scenarios). Al: What's you're estimate? Bunka: "There is immense interest in NIR products from major American industrial entities. It seems that NIR has stumbled upon an elixir of unparalleled promise to some of them. I think it is likely that at least one of these relationships will eventually bear fruit. NIR has the potential to become a real company with real earnings" Message 5290304
