Zeev, <<The first thing, however, still is to determine if that property will ever be mineable commercially.>> What kind of nonsense is that? If the property was proved mineable commercially, IPMCF would be a $30 stock now. What we have is Runyons assurance that it's good property that has the potential to be mined. Maxam proving economic extraction for the Peoria property should add credibility for a mineable BRX.

Zeev, yes you have hard questions. To me we are in day 5 of the
shareholders deciding to "have a say" in the outcome of IPM.
I predict that in the future other threads will look at these
5 days and beyond as a good example of capitalism at work.
They will learn good things, and if mistakes are made, hopefully
thru the participation of all, these pot holes can be discovered
and deal with so that a decent ending is obtained. You mentioned
another approach/plan/path to take, but it would be easier on some
of us, like me, if you would have first commented on the approach
the other threader proposed. Again, I do not know business, law or
mining, so when others mentioned those other desert dirt companies
and a couple peoples names, and I think something called an LLC, I
know that even tho noone has all the answers, but together the
threaders posting these will quickly figure out what is happening.
I think we all do agree with you that we don't have someone with
a law expertise in the Chapter 11 stuff. But quickly, if things
start to move ahead, we will have to obtain the means to cover
this area very very good. Part of your post did very much grab my
attention, it was:
<<< I would check who has the legal right to the black rock. IPMCF
did not discharge all its legal responsibilities to Phoenix, thus I
would think that Phoenix still holds the title to those mining rights.
This should be checked first. >>>
I like these types of questions. Someone mentioned in a prior post
that it would be easier for the shareholders if the current IPM
management would help us, so that we know things like this. Time
most likely will be a factor, and not good if by the time a good
plan is put together, the buzzer buzzes time-up, go home.
To me, even tho I think you currently do not hold ipmcf shares,
I think you did, and I think at a point you expressed your option
that IPM has a good chance of not becoming successful, I would like
it if you would continue to review our progress and ask the hard
questions. As for the question about does anyone know if the dirt
has precious medals, and if so, what its chemistry, and if so, what
possible, if any, extraction method exist or needs to be invented.
To this question I as a shareholder will follow the lead that soon
the other dirt companies and persons being contacted will display.
These Maxam, Dale, Omega etc., I only know that they are into this
stuff, and if they will invest into, then I will feel good that a
successful outcome will happen.
Doug

Zeev

The property is a large, potentially high grading precious metals deposit, that is proven and signed off on by Bateman and BD and why IMO it is worth pursuing. Maintaining the corporate entity "IPM" has very tangible benefits, most of which you obviously do not understand or are in fear of. As far as it being commercially viable anything we say here is pure conjecture and therefore is not relevent at this stage. Also, for Phoenix to sign a letter of intent to sell this property when it already has a binding purchase agreement in place is highly illegal.

Zeev, you seem like a reasonably intelligent person some of the time so a post like this somewhat surprises me. We are on this particular thread to discuss available financing options for IPM that are fair to existing shareholders, not to discuss subversive property takeover methods. Please respect that.
