The Intel chip vendors received notice on Friday that there will be a chip shortage as well as a drop in price effective Sunday. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense because if supply is lacking then the price should go up, not down...unless there is more to this than meets my eye.

Anyone think this is good for INTC? I've been enjoying some decent INTC trades and still own a few thousand shares that I think will go up next week.

Still, I would like some rationale for my thinking other than gut feelings. Anyone care to give me some ideas?

Judy

Steve:

Forgot to mention the CHS class 210 reuninion is on October 4, 1998. Maybe I'll go with my husband and we can discuss our INTC profits in person, eh?
