Robert, that is exactly what I have suggested I "hope" is happening. However, we have not as yet had any indication that any other acquisitions have been made, not to mention the fact that it will still create additional dilution. In addition the indication was that, quite some time ago we were negotiating at a much lower rate, now Taylor (very closely related to the WRN side of the equation) has done his part of the deal @ the $5.00 mark not any lower. The question then is, did his component of the deal fall into the other category and WRN is still working on a much lower $ per share figure or did the negotiations not work out quite as planned and we too are in at the $5.00 mark. I tend to lean towards expecting the first scenario being the case, but do not know this to be fact. So until I know we are in at a better level than $5.00 or that there is something else here in addition to the 435K shares, I will remain optimistically pessimistic, if you know what I mean.
