Bill, sorry to disappoint you, but the toothfairy IS real. My daughter just found 30c under her pillow yesterday morning, and I didn't put it there. Scott BTW ya'll miss read it. INCE announced that its subsidiary Nano completed financing. But ultimately, if Paul just destroyed NPCT with a death spiral convertible, he just trashed the only value INCE has. He does have a new lease on SG&A life tho, for a while. Only questions seem to be, will PIC technology and Sigma 7 have any value left by the time the cash runs dry to be able to sell off into another shell and repeat the game. Does anybody have an old Stethen Bishop tape they can lend me? Ya know, with the old hit "On and on, on and on, on and on". Scott
