Hi Max!

Finally responding to your question on PTEK. I bought it on a hunch that the stock had been way oversold. I think the company has some fundamental problems that came to light in a big way in the events that surrounded the stock's crash. Recall that one of them was having two major customers go bankrupt at the same time (it's ridiculous that an issue like that came out of nowhere - they should have known). The other problem was how SG&A growth was allowed to run way ahead of revenue growth...something that doesn't happen in well managed companies. Both of these indicate the company's stock is risky. They can hide their problems during good times but look out below when revenues growth starts to slow because the controls aren't in place to take corrective action. I hope, but have no direct knowledge, of PTEK taking specific actions to put the controls in place that will allow them to operate as a more savvy company from an operational and financial standpoint. If I don't obtain any direct knowledge of this I will probably just hold until they get back to about $12 or so.

Hope all's well with you and the rest of the amigos...

Phil
