Alan, I was only attempting to extend YOUR argument...that BD&Co was legal only. And if this is true (and I am not saying it is, YOU seemed to be), why would GE hire them if they thought it would hurt them? Do you think that GE just hired them blind, didn't show them the work (reports) ahead of time that BD&Co would be working with? You say "save their butt" I say "help them". Sounds kind of similar. IMO In any case I do not think that BD&Co would review the reports then tell GE they could help them if they couldn't. I don't know the answer, and I don;t think you do either. Regards, Eric.
