I could not agree more. LE, SM and Billy Bad all built their empires from scratch with their existing personalities. To ask them to change at this point is both useless and counterproductive.

The most profitable software company "monopoly" in the world was built by an man that lies, screws partners and has a total lack of ethics. As a MSFT stockholder would you want him to change his personality? I highly doubt it.

All of these men have proven themselves in the past and will be leaders in the future. Who in the end is the "king of the hill" is yet to be determined.
