Alan may have a coronary from sheer joy if MINE turns out to be unprofitable. We shall see what we shall see. That was a cheap shot............................ And that's not the case. Eric, we are in agreement as long as we agree that no reputable company would get mixed up with a company like GE, who has an existing SEC action against them, unless the goods were there. Thats ridiculous thats like saying a lawyer won't get mixed up with a criminal when it comes time to defend him............. Their are two sides to every story and I did not base my opinion on thin air. It was told in the 8-K what the SEC was planing to do GE is just doing what it has to to protect itself from further violations from the SEC. That's what I get out of it, if I felt it was positive for GE I would be very happy to state it.
