Steven--
I don't know if you haunt the Oilex thread on AOL...I seem to find out the most interesting things there. Right now, the Oilex holders there are screaming for blood, from the directors and particularly from Allan Burditt III.

This post disturbed me greatly:

>>Yes I want justice!! It is time for justice for the long suffering shareholders. It is time to warn the shareholders in Cayc what is in store for them. Yes Califtalk it is time to move to recover the assets removed from Oilex. And especially you should investigate if Oilex purchased assets were delivered in part to Oilex and in part to Cayc; especially the 200,000 shares of TANC, the 20% of ORS, and the rights in Australia. Surprisingly Tanc and ORS were purchased by Oilex and then disappeared but the purchase tendered never was returned to Oilex. The rights in Australia were purchased by Oilex for 2 million shares of Oilex stock, so how did the share in Australian rights get delivered to Cayc which is controlled by Burditt and his wife. <<

Not only was Oilex looting our pockets with the endless debentures, but then Burditt liberally looted the company, taking whatever he saw of value from Oilex and giving it to his own Caye Chapel.

That makes me fighting mad. I wish Mr. Yarmak the best of luck in getting these wrongs righted. I think we have the right person on our side to do it, though.
