Yeah, tell me about it. I finally got ahold of Alex and he said he couldn't tell me anything about the progress of the company, because it would be considered insider information. Give me a break!!! He basically didn't feel like feeding me a line of sh&$%$% at the time that's all. I asked the oh so great Elias about how the designing of the KEYTRADE sight was coming along. He didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. MAN THESE GUYS ARE RIGHT ON TOP OF THINGS. If I ever see .30 again you can bet your a$$ I'm selling. KANA should have stayed an undiscovered internet stock!!! What a JOKE!!!

if they are still selling shares from the 504 which they said was finshed. how can we find out ? and if they are the right people needs to know about it. do you know the MM in kana stock or they more than one. i emailed 3 times no answer. let know. thanks

I've emailed KANA just once and got a quick response! Here's what I asked for: "Dear Shareholder: Please be advised that the 504 offering done by the company has been closed. We appreciate your concern regarding our company. The number of current outstanding shares in the company is approximately 8 million. As a result of this offering, the company has been able to move forward a greatly quickened rate with its NetBooks project. The near future of Your company seemed to be blooming, and now You offered a private placement of 1,500.000 shares and the stockprice fell promptly. It fell from 1,50$ to 0,28$ some time today. I don't see an end of the disaster, whether I know that shareholding isn't just for one month. I'm getting panic for I'm student and spending my money in a "good" concept which I can't see in Your company this moment. There's no shareholders relation link FROM Your company at Your webpage. I can only get the new stockprice at quote.yahoo.com, but it would be very shareholder friendly if You could inform the shareholders of Your company with the newest facts and earnings right on Your webpage.
