Porter, While I can't speak for Mr. Anderson I would venture a guess that he has things other than answering queries on CVIA at midnight on his mind on a Friday. Obviously you or I don't. I'm sure he'll respond in due time, regards,p.b.

Porter you are right I have become selective in what I post, because of the SEC insider information laws. I am walking a tight rope on these issues. Everyone does deserve an update, so here it is. 1. Joe Siebert your other share holder BoD member is working his butt off, talking to other BoD members, researching information and doing about 100 other different things. Personally I feel lucky Joe is own the shareholders side. Considering I am 1200 miles away from Tulsa, he has been a huge help. 2. We are TRYING to put the first BoD meeting together for some time next week. 3. I THINK the second Reg S is dead, but am NOT 100% certain yet. 4. I am working on a plan to stablilize the shareholders equity and try to return some of it to you. 5. There are 3 very promising private companies watching this with a great deal of interests, all are waiting to see how the next few weeks go, before approaching anyone. These companies are all legit private corporations, all old companies, all making alot of real money and all have operations in place and are looking at "going public" to raise the funds to expand their operations. 6. Combine statements #4 and #5 you will understand why I am proceeding with caution. 7. Still pushing for the proxy vote... if these answers dont suit you, you can vote me out along with anyone else, by not living up to your expectations. (But I am not going to get jammed up by disclosing insider info) 8. Looking over company documents and trying to figure out what needs to be filed with the SEC to bring us back into full compliance. 9. Exploring legal and monetary options to recover some of the past losses and mis-deeds done to CVIA. 10. We found out Mr Hale (of of Jacks BoD nominees)is interested in the same thing as us about trying to get this company back on its feet and some money back in your pocket. Joe Siebert is meeting the other 2 BoD members this weekend and going over some things with them also. Well thats about all I can tell you guys for now, you might want to check out raging bull there are a few posts over there that may help you understand a little more of what is going on. You might want to call Jack for futher information, because he is the interem President and CEO of CVIA. KAA
